CLASSES

There are two strength and conditioning classes and two yoga classes. All classes offer beginner, intermediate and advanced options. Class size is limited to allow the HARDCORE trainer to provide individualized guidance. Experience all of the classes for optimal results.


HARDCORE™

A low impact yet high intensity workout for women. The stabilization and movement muscles of the core are challenged like never before using creative techniques on the barre. This class targets every area women want to reshape or keep in shape. Set to a fun, fast pace HARDCORE is the perfect workout to create a long and lean body.


HARDCORE SWEAT™

A strength training workout with no limits. Set to a steady pace, every muscle group is challenged for a major workout. Options to decrease and increase the intensity. Great combo of cardio, strength and core conditioning.


HARDCORE YOGA™

The perfect yoga for the fitness enthusiast. An invigorating practice of power vinyasa yoga emphasizing strength, stability and flexibility. This style of yoga offers basic to intermediate poses sequenced at a moderate pace. Great focus is placed on alignment and breath as the class flows from one posture to the next.


HARDCORE STRETCH™

A great way to relieve tight muscles and achy joints. A therapeutic practice of yin yoga that engages the core muscles to properly align the body and allow a natural range of motion. The yin postures nourish the body’s connective tissues to increase joint mobility particularly in the thighs, hips, pelvis and lower back.

A tough strength and conditioning workout challenging all core muscles. A dynamic and static approach to maximize strength, stamina, power, flexibility and balance.
